Board exams are almost here. You must have received the date sheet for the central and state board exams.  Many state boards have also started conducting the exams. It is again that time of the year when children go through real stress by parents and teachers. So what should you exactly do to stay calm and perform better in exams?
One of the simplest mantra suggested by DPSG teachers to perform well in exams is to EAT, STUDY and SLEEP. While preparing for the exams in the initial months, students devote all their time for preparation and don’t eat properly.

As there are few days left for the exams, students must have developed a habit of sleeping less and studying more. While this is very obvious, it is not a healthy practice to skip the breakfast or reduce sleeping hours.

Sleeping is one of the most integral activities as it helps you to perform better in exams. According to a recent survey, it has been mentioned that sleep deprived people suffer from memory loss. It also has a negative impact on their learning ability. If you don’t take proper sleep, neurons won’t convey information and you will forget the information stored in the brain. It also affects your brain’s ability to store any new information. Go for a sound sleep as your brain and body needs rest.

Needless to mention, it will help you score better in exams. Make a strategy while you are studying. Revise the lessons.
